The Swedish Automaker Pays Homage to its Aerodynamic Roots by Mimicking the Clean Lines of the Viggen Fighter Jet.

Swedish car manufacturer Saab also has a rich history in aviation, having produced aircrafts for both military and civilian purposes. The two focuses have been combined into its latest innovation - the Saab Viggen. The concept car takes after the Viggen fighter jet, recreating its glass cockpit canopy, sleek shake and even its body lines of the car. It was created by the Valencia based industrial and automotive designer Feliciano Ruy-Diaz, whose portfolio also includes the Renault Groove city car and BMW i-FD sedan coupe.
