Fan Fun

Another scorcher of a day drove fans to the ANZ tent to cool off and for a special photo opportunity! Thirty-six cameras produce a 360 degree moving image, which can then be uploaded onto social media with a printed photo as a keepsake. Pick up a mini fan and Kevin the ATM money box; plus other freebies exclusive to ANZ customers during the Open.

@ The Open

Smile for the camera! French apparel company Lacoste turns 80 this year, and what better what to celebrate than with a photo shoot? Tennis Australia staff sported the classic tennis shirts and formed a super-sized image of the notorious green crocodile named after its founder RenΓ© Lacoste. The photos will be used to promote the 80th anniversary of the label.

Attendance

Some action-packed tennis brought in the fans on day 11 of the Open, with combined attendance sitting at 31,497. Attendance to date has now hit the 600K mark, at 617,257 to be exact!
